We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day (24 hours) before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $20.00.

If no attempt to get a message to me has been made up to your appointment day, then a fee of $20 will be charged to your card on file.

I will do my best to keep within the time I've allowed per service. I may be done earlier than expected, right on time, or fall a smidge behind. It all depends on what we are doing. Please schedule any appointments/errands with this in mind.
