All of our Whipped Sugar Scrubs are refrigerated right up until Shipping. If the item arrives still cold it will be hard. Leave it outside a refrigerator to bring it to room temperature and it will go back to its Whipped Soft Texture.
 
We made this Sugar Scrub without preservatives so you'll want to make sure to keep the jar out of wet enviroments. We've included alittle scooper to help maintain the freshness of our product.
