Shipping & Returns
We ship our packages Monday through Friday. Exceptions would be any major US Holidays and weekends. Please allow 24-48 hours for your Order to be packed, double checked and shipped.
We are happy to provide shipping with UPS Ground Shipping and USPS Priority Mail.
Once your order is placed with UPS or USPS , we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for the package. Checking your Tracking Information is your best option on staying updated on your Package(s) location and Delivery Status. Of course, if something were to happen to your package, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
We understand that sometimes mistakes and accidents happen and while we take every precaution that we can think of to insure your products arrive safely, We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as they have been completely unused and unopened. This includes Gel Polish, Cuticle Care products, Nail Stamping Plates, etc....
Please Email INFO@DREAMSNAILED.COM to start a return request. Please be as detailed as possible with the issue and include pictures of the mishap/damaged item. After completing you will receive instructions on where and how to send your product(s) in. Upon receiving and reviewing the returned item(s) condition we will issue a full refund minus the shipping costs for the product(s) received. If by chance your return does not meet our criteria for a full refund return please understand that we will not be able to process a refund but will reach out with options that we feel would be acceptable in helping you with your concerns.
